Nature is a complex balance of simple things, and that’s what we tried to instil in this wine: fruity and flowery flavours, soft texture in the mouth balanced by a good acidity.

By hand, in 15 kg crates .

Winemaking
Soft pressing and fermentation in concrete vats at 18 °C.

Ageing
6 months in concrete vats with its yeasts and regular batonnage.
